Keith's Edits/Mods Grove GHC 130

Hello this will be coming to the Itch soon for now Its entering testing in Jeremy Browns Discord/ Patreon, this will be a public release when I feel issues have been sorted through and tested! 

Grove GHC 130 Tracked Crawler Crane by Keith's Edits
Ok here is a list of my edits done to Crane:
- Reworked how counter weights attach and behave
- Added 4 Work Lights and 2 Beacon Lights
- Re Worked tracks so there's so weird clipping and you can get it on a trailer properly now
- Re-Made piston and Made missing 3rd Telescope of Boom (Thanks Tim_A from RMC)
- Re worked Winch Cables all the way to sheave block
- made Cable Reel Cable Work
-  Adjusted Weights and Center of Gravity's On all Pieces
- Slowed things down to realistic moving speeds of Machine
- Changed the color to a more Yellow of Grove Brand
- Has its own Controls that you have to set!
- Made the Whole Crane and all its Pieces Colorable!
- Made Wheels In Track Rotate Properly
- Made Pedals and Joysticks work for new Controls
- Made Out Riggers Individual go down and up also fixed there piston to chrome
- Added a Skylight Window for better In-Cab View
